Shipping: How does your shipping work?
- You send in what you'd like, and we'll ship it! Shipping comes through the mail. Please consider that production takes 2-7 days after submitting your order. (It may vary for each product.)
Shipping: Is the shipping fee included in the product?
- Yes! Shipping fees and taxes are already included in the total cost.
Shipping: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
- Yes! We ship outside the U.S.! Unfortunately, we don't ship in North Korea, Guadeloupe, Ukraine, and Russia
- Shipping time will vary depending on each country.
Shipping: Do you do free delivery?
- No. Unfortunately, we do not.
Shipping: What should I do if I get the wrong package?
- Please let us know immediately! We know how important the package is to our valuable customers. Please, take a picture and send it to us. We will ask you to send it to the required address.

Orders
Orders: Why is my order taking longer than needed?
- We understand how important getting your order in a timely matter is. We will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible! Please consider these three reasons as to why your order is taking so long:
- There may be a problem with your address. Please make sure you wrote the right address.
- Your order may be more than 12 items. If this is the case, your order will take longer than usual, please give it 10 more days. If they still haven’t arrived, please reach out again! We will do our best to get your items to you manually.
- There’s nothing wrong on your end. We may be falling behind due to an abundance of orders. Please understand that we are doing our best to get your items to you.
Orders: Can I modify my order?
- Yes. You can modify it within 24 hours before your order is sent to be manufactured.
Orders: Can I cancel and/or change my shipping address?
- Yes. You can cancel or change the shipping place within 24 hours.
Orders: Will I be able to track my order? If so, how?
- Yes. You can track your order. Once you have sent in your orders, we will send you a confirmation email. There you will be able to track your order.
Orders: How long will it take to receive my order?
- It will take 7-10 days to receive your order. If there’s a problem, please give it 10 more days.
Orders: What should I do if my order comes in damaged?
- Please take a picture of the item, the date, and how it happened. Afterward, we will do our best to clear everything up.
Orders: What happens if my order is delivered to the wrong address?
- Unfortunately, if your order is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot retrieve it and send it back to you. We can only tell you where it was delivered.
Orders: What happens if my order is lost?
- If your order is lost, oftentimes it’s because of the incorrect address or the post office. If it’s lost in the post, we would like to ask you to contact them, go there, and retrieve it. If you see any damage upon opening it, please let us know with a picture and description of the damage.
Orders: Do you do call orders or hold items?
- Unfortunately, we don’t do call orders or hold items.
Orders: What happens if I don’t receive my order in the required time?
- Please give it 10 more days! Oftentimes shipping is slower than usual. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us, we will do our best to solve the issue.

- Unfortunately, there's no discount for you to acquire one.

Return
Return: What's your return policy?
- We only return orders for fragile/breakable items such as cups. If cups are broken when they arrive, please send us a picture, an explanation, and a date of arrival. We will do our best to fix this issue. Please make sure to send the picture and all requirements exactly on that day.
